- Physical Delivery: For certain products (such as physical media, license keys on USB drives, or DVDs), we offer physical delivery to your location. The delivery time depends on the shipping method and your location.
2. Digital Delivery Process
- How it Works: After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a link or activation key for your IT subscription. You may also receive instructions for account setup and usage. In most cases, digital delivery occurs within 1-2 hours of completing the purchase.
- Delivery Time: Digital products are delivered instantly via email, and you should receive your subscription details immediately. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders if you do not see the email within the specified time.
- Verification: If any verification is needed for your purchase, our team will contact you to confirm the details before proceeding with the delivery.
3. Physical Delivery Process
- How it Works: If your order includes physical products (such as software on physical media, USB drives, etc.), we will process your order and ship the products to the address provided.
- Shipping Methods:
- Local Delivery: For customers in the Haveli Lakha, Okara, and Depalpur region, we offer same-day delivery (within business hours) or next-day delivery, depending on your location and the availability of the product.
- National Delivery: For customers outside our local area, we use reputable courier services (such as TCS, Leopards Courier, or Pakistan Post) to deliver your items. Delivery times may range from 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: Delivery fees for physical products are based on the shipping method and the destination. You will be informed of the exact delivery cost at the time of purchase.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your physical order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can monitor the status of your delivery.
4. Delivery Time
- Digital Products: Delivered within 1-2 hours during business hours.
- Local Physical Deliveries: Delivered same day or next day (depending on the time of purchase and availability).
- National Physical Deliveries: Delivered within 3-7 business days based on the shipping method and location.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays, courier delays, or weather conditions.
5. Delivery Restrictions
- Delivery Area: We offer delivery services across Pakistan. However, certain remote or inaccessible areas may have longer delivery times or higher shipping costs. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before making a purchase.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check the delivery address provided during purchase. AR IT Services is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Order Tracking and Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email (for physical deliveries). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the respective courier website.
7. Delays in Delivery
While we aim to deliver all products on time, there may be occasional delays due to various factors like public holidays, courier issues, or weather-related disruptions. If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated delivery date.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
In the event that your physical product is damaged or lost during delivery, please notify us immediately upon receiving the product. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. If the product was damaged during shipping, we may arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products (software subscriptions), we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered. However, if you encounter any issues with your subscription or service, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
