- Local Shipping: We offer same-day or next-day shipping for customers in the Haveli Lakha, Okara, and Depalpur regions, subject to availability.
- National Shipping: We offer shipping across Pakistan. Our courier partners, such as TCS, Leopards Courier, and Pakistan Post, deliver products to major cities and remote areas.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs for physical products are calculated based on the following factors:
- Delivery Location: Local deliveries may incur lower fees compared to national deliveries.
- Shipping Method: Depending on the urgency, the shipping cost may vary for expedited services.
- Product Size and Weight: Heavier or bulkier items may have higher shipping costs.
You will be informed of the exact shipping charges during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
4. Order Processing Time
- Digital Products: All digital products (licenses, subscriptions, etc.) are processed and delivered immediately after your purchase is completed. You will receive an email containing your product details within 1-2 hours.
- Physical Products: Orders for physical products are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Please note that orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays may be processed the following business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
- Local Deliveries (Haveli Lakha, Okara, Depalpur):
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM.
- Next-day delivery for orders placed after 3:00 PM or on non-business days.
- National Deliveries (Rest of Pakistan):
- 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method.
6. Delivery Tracking
For physical products, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment via the respective courier service’s website.
7. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ship orders on time, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.
8. Damaged or Lost Items

- Damaged Items: If your product is physically damaged during shipping, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist in arranging a replacement or refund.
- Lost Items: If your package is lost, we will file a claim with the courier service and work with them to trace the shipment. In case of irretrievable loss, we will offer a replacement or refund.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- Remote Areas: Shipping to remote or inaccessible areas may take longer than the estimated delivery time. In such cases, we will inform you about the revised delivery time.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
10. Returns and Exchanges
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer returns or exchanges for IT subscriptions, software licenses, or digital tools once they have been delivered. However, if you encounter issues with your subscription or product, please contact us for support.
